Trust

Another frequently asked question when I am scheduling jobs is: "Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?" Nope, you don't have to be there, but we don't mind if you stay either.

This question really made me think about business in the terms of relationships of trust.

It's important to be able to trust the service professionals you hire, and even more so when they are invited into your home. It's disconcerting to me to read stories in the news where trust has been obliterated. Most of the time they are somewhere far away and you are temped to think things like that doesn't happen in our area, But every now and then you read a story that hits too close to home.

It really brings down the whole industry because so much of our business relationships depend on trust.

I was thinking also about how much I trust my employees. As I have hired people I have always valued one trait above all others, honesty. You can train just about anyone how to clean carpet, you can teach them how to remove stains, the right way to vacuum, you can even train good customer service, but you can't train someone to be honest.  I have met people who say they are honest, and it's a funny thing, the people who have to tell people that they are honest sometimes turn out to be the biggest liars of them all. Hopefully through any dealings you have with me or my company you will come to find out through your experience that we are a pretty straight forward, honest, group of hardworking cleaners.

We Are Truly Grateful!!!
